Innovative methods for enhancing competency
The postgraduate course Salutophysiology for Midwives is intended for experienced midwives, who wish to learn an advanced pattern of midwife observations and diagnosis through practical salutogenesis, which enables new, theory-based midwife interventions and spheres of action.
The course content is such that it offers midwives occupying leading as well as teaching positions innovative ways of enhancing their competency.
