Design Thinking - Tools for customer empathy: What does your target group need?
Design thinking is an innovation and problem-solving method that is successfully used by founders and start-ups as well as in large companies.
Matthias Csar is Senior Lecturer for Communication and Social Competence in the IT degree programme at the FH Salzburg. He also works as an independent trainer for leadership, team and conflict management.
In the workshop, he will guide you through methods from Design Thinking that will help you to really tune in to your own target group. Customer empathy forms the basis for the further development of existing offers or new product or service development in large companies as well as in start-ups.
