As a degree program for innovation and management in tourism, our particular focus is on promoting innovation in the hotel and catering industry. For this reason, every year we organize the specialist event "Brennpunkt Innovation" in cooperation with SalzburgerLand Tourismus GmbH and BrauUnion under the Zipfer brand, which will take place for the seventh time on 16 May 2024.
As part of the congress "Focus on Innovation", up to 350 participants can expect not only an inspiring program with a top-class panel, exciting keynotes and best-practice examples, but also the presentation of the Zipfer Tourism Award and the Zipfer Student Award as one of the highlights.
