The 3rd Conference on Digital Transformation and Sustainability in Global Finance will take place on September 18 and 19, 2023 at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. By Univ.-Doz. Dr. Tim Alexander Herberger (Chair of Business Administration, Andrássy University, Budapest), the conference is now organized for the first time in cooperation with Prof. (FH) Dr. Michael Kuttner at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.
The theme was »Opportunities and Challenges for a Sustainable and Digital Future.« About 50 experts (primarily from Austria, Hungary, and Germany) presented and discussed the latest findings on digitalization and sustainability. A total of 17 research projects in this field were presented in both German and English. Each presentation was followed by a co-presentation, which kept the conference lively and open to discussion and constructive criticism. The conference was particularly notable for its wide range of topics, including the circular economy, fintech in small and medium-sized enterprises, and the intersections of digitalization, sustainability, and labor law.
