  • spatial perception abilities
  • optical and tactile perception abilities, etc.

Curriculum Structure

The course focuses on the increasing complexity of exposure to the physiotherapeutic process, which is reflected in the curriculum levels Introduction (1st and 2nd semester), Deeper Understanding (3rd and 4th semester) and Professionalisation (5th and 6th semester).

In the first year, students are taught the basics of the physiotherapeutic process, i.e., medical, physiotherapeutic, socio-communicative and socio-scientific basics.

The second year imparts basic physiotherapeutic practical knowledge and teaches treatment techniques in physiotherapy that are currently being used in the physiotherapeutic process.

The third year primarily exposes students to complex physiotherapeutic practical knowledge, which requires a high degree of professionalism and interdisciplinary action.

The internship in semesters 3 to 6 facilitates the application and development of the acquired competencies.

A bachelor thesis is written in both the fourth and fifth semester of the physiotherapy course.
