Scientific literature

The libraries of the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences offer their students and staff a quiet, pleasant atmosphere with a wide range of media and online databases. With state-of-the-art research and reading spaces, they can professionally prepare for scientific work, teaching and research.

INFORMATION ON LIBRARY OPERATIONS :

It is possible to borrow books and media by advance booking with appointment in the libraries on Campus Urstein and Campus Kuchl. Access to the buildings of both locations is only possible for students and staff of the University of Applied Sciences.

Collection of the ordered media is given on site in the libraries, after appointment and in compliance with the hygiene regulations. During the opening hours books can also be picked up from the shelves and borrowed at the lending desk. (Admission only possible individually!)

The reading and research stations remain closed until further notice. Access outside the University of Applied Sciences to the online databases via remote access is still possible.

Bibliothek Urstein: The pick-up days/opening hours are
Wednesday from 09:00 - 13:00 and Friday from 13:00 to 17:00   

Bibliothek Kuchl: The summer collection days/opening hours are
Wednesday 12th August 2020, 9:00 to 13:00
Friday 14 August 2020, 13:00 to 17:00
Wednesday 19 August 2020, 9:00 to 13:00
Friday 21 August 2020, 13:00 to 17:00

Kuchl: From 18 July to 8 August 2020 and from 22 August to 12 September 2020 the library is CLOSED.
