Exhibition: Welfare State – Fair Play for Social Justice

Unequal starting conditions lead to unequal opportunities.

The exhibition ‘Welfare State – Fair Play for Social Justice’, from 16 March to 27 April 2026 in the foyer of the Salzburg Chamber of Labour, shows social inequalities as unfair sporting competition. Whether it's unequal distribution of wealth or equal opportunities – the exhibits make it clear that equal performance does not always lead to equal opportunities.

The exhibition was designed by communication designers Annika Braun and Alina Traun under the expert supervision of Viktoria Kirjuchina, head of the communication design department.

The exhibition opens on 16 March at 4 p.m.
