The Management Board is a key strategic governing body of Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. Bringing together the Executive Management, the Heads of Departments, and the Chairs of the University of Applied Sciences (UAS) Board, it ensures the coordinated development of the institution and the effective implementation of its strategic objectives.
The Management Board of Salzburg University of Applied Sciences consists of the Executive Management, the Heads of Departments and the Chair of the UAS Board (FH Kollegium). Acting at a strategic and overarching governance level, the Board meets once a month during the academic year. Its members contribute the strategic perspective and responsibility of their respective departments and business areas while ensuring their alignment with the overall strategy of Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. The operational implementation and execution of decisions made by the Management Board are the responsibility of the departments, functional areas and their respective divisions.
