FH Salzburg's portfolio of degree programmes will expand with the addition of four attractive Master's degrees in the 2024/25 academic year (subject to approval by the relevant bodies). The topics range from artificial intelligence, data science, robotics, cyber security to 3D animation. These are all topics that are at the cutting edge and in high demand in the economy.

Part-time and internationally focused

With these innovative programmes, the number of part-time Master's degree programmes increases to a total of eight.

"After their Bachelor's degree, we see that more and more young people first want to put their knowledge into practice. A few years later, in-depth educational programmes such as Master's degrees are again in demand. That is why we are expanding our part-time programmes and focusing on innovative, specialised Master's programmes," explains FH Rector and Managing Director Dominik Engel.

The English degree programmes at the FH Salzburg were also expanded with the master's degree programmes "Realtime Art & Visual Effects" and "MultiMediaTechnology". Engel: "On the one hand, we want to prepare local students for the global labour market and strengthen their professional opportunities. On the other hand, we also want to increasingly address international students and raise the international visibility of our university."
