Self-directed Learning and Communication Intensivation

Semester 6

SWS 1.5
ECTS Credits 2
Examination character immanent

Learning Outcomes:

In connection with "Self-directed learning and communication basics" I, alumni of this course know methods for questioning, analyzing and, if necessary, breaking up and reorganizing learning and thinking patterns. This course provides techniques that make it easier for them to become more aware of their indi-vidual needs and accordingly to process plans/projects/tasks more efficiently and accurately, thus improving their output in a professional, social and cultural context. They learn to reflect to a greater extent and to deal with feedback. Through a better understanding of the ability to control themselves, they learn to adapt their initial reaction to a specific situation in such a way that a good second reaction and thus better stress management is possible. Alumni come to the course with their own questions, which arise from the initial analysis and the experiences from Self-Management I, and experience the course content in such a way that they can relate it to their own reality in individual coaching. By carrying out the initial analysis again, progress and recommendations for action in personal coaching can be derived for the future.
