Admission & Application

The first step is to upload all required application documents via the online portal. The process is straightforward and can be completed in just a few steps.

The following documents must be uploaded:

• Copy of passport / national ID card
• Resume in table format (in German)
• Statement of purpose (500–1,000 words, in German)
• High school diploma (Matura, Abitur, etc.)
• Certificate of withdrawal/enrollment (for applicants from German universities)
• Confirmation of enrollment (for applicants from Austrian universities)
• Academic transcripts / Transcript of Records
• Diploma Supplement / Holder of Qualification¹
• Bachelor’s degree certificate and diploma¹
• Proof of English proficiency as per admission requirements²
• Proof of German proficiency as per admission requirements²

¹ May be submitted later, no later than the start of the academic term
² Only for non-native speakers

After you have successfully submitted your online application and we have reviewed your documents, we will invite you to a 15-minute interview. The purpose of the interview is for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your motivation, your educational background, and your career goals. Any questions you may have can also be addressed directly during the interview.

The admission decision is based equally on the online application (50%) and the interview (50%). Depending on your prior knowledge, we will determine whether you are required to complete additional level-adjustment modules. The nature, scope, and deadlines for these modules will be communicated on an individual basis. A waiting list for alternates will also be maintained until the start of the program.
